So...I never knew this was possible, but if you have saved bookmarklets on your desktop machine you can access them in Chrome on Android by going to the address bar and typing the title of the bookmarklet.
The appropriate bookmarklet will pop up and allow you to run it against the current page.
So, for example, if you click the address bar and type "+ Headcycle" (assuming you've added the bookmarklet on your desktop) it will popup, you can select it, and save the page to headcycle.com.
