Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andy Beshear scored an apparent upset victory on Tuesday in Kentucky, narrowly defeating incumbent Republican governor Matt Bevin.
Bevin has yet to concede the race, citing “irregularities” and the close margins as reasons to continue the fight.
